Water

2009: Due to the monsoon rains being a month late in coming, this has resulted in  major water shortages in the Bihar region.

Its is predicted to get worse next year, due to Global warming and Climate Change and unpredictable seasonal weather.

S.E.T is planning water management projects working with the local people, management systems and local government to develop solutions.

S.E.T believes that access to clean drinking water is a basic human right and is focused on working in partnership with organisations based locally and internationally to facilitate this. Using traditional and modern technologies as part of the solutions.

To enable local people of the town and surrounding villages to be empowered with the awareness to maintain the natural resources available to them in their surrounding environment.
